The safety of our staff and contractors performing work are paramount to us. SEB strives to continuously improve on our safety procedures. Our staff attend trainings and seminars to update themselves on developments on safety standards, new requirements and tools available in the market. Inspections and audits are carried out to asses compliance to policies and procedures as well as to reinforce awareness and knowledge on the safety standards.
SEB has defined certain works which requires specific standards of competency for example, working in confined space, erection and dismantling of scaffoldings, crane operators, forklift operators; etc. These competencies can be acquired through a combination of education, certification, experience and work place training.
